    Official GT S4 car consolidation thread.

    Rather than having to go out and search through tons of threads to find out which cars have a GT setup and what exactly they have done, if it's your car or you have extensive intimate knowledge of the car, please list the setup of the car (otherwise please don't). Also, if you don't have a GT setup completed yet, but are for sure going to do it, feel free to list your equipment. To keep it clean and readable use these categories:

    So far I've heard of these cars that have/had/are planning a GT setup: generationjdm, Guruman, VAG's Nogaro car, Silver? Vast car, WMS Black beast (dead?), ASP's Laser, Tory's Cactus ASP, Bertwerks, Huminator, NYCVR6, lil' is 300, tommyrsko4, Eurocode, Greg @ SSP (2001S4NY), Eurocode, Slkdik, Mike@Vast, someone at WMS getting the TIAL kit, Johnny Bravo on his own car?, EPL getting Tial kit, Skydive@AI, ///M3 to S4, that white widebody avant

    Torys car went 11.3@126, The eurocode car went 10.8 @ 131, Marks car we are still playing with, other than that no other customer has had any desire to drag race their car.

    Geez, that would be the second item on my list. Dyno would be first.

    I'm guessing that alot of the people who had them installed just whip them around occasionally and then put them back in the garage.

    Thanks Frank.. I was just wondering if any others have hit the track since then, i know the strip isnt some people cup of tea, but its a great gauge of power.

    I will fill out the spec sheet i guess haha.. im lazy

    Justin, I didn't know you switched to Generations kit...or was that the plan all along?

    I will post up my "spec sheet" in a bit - I need to run to the machine shop and pick up my built heads before they close today!

    I probably would have been like that too ten years ago though. Its mostly young kids who pull that secretive stuff, or someone who is fairly new to building fast cars. They think they are doing the newest most innovative thing around and nobody will beat them. There is ALWAYS a faster car lurking the streets. I used to clean up around my neighborhood with a 600whp street gti vr6, that weighed 2500 lbs.. I came across a grand national with the plates "justa6" and he annihilated me. After talking to him it turns out it was a low 9 sec street car. Now i build cars for me, and for the love of going fast. Everyone can take their secret builds and shove them, when the truth usually comes out, there was nothing special in the first place.

    HEy buddy, im intrested to see how the 034 management works on your car. If im not successfull with stock engine management tuning, hen im goingwith stand alone. Either autronic or somehing like you.
    To tell you the truth, I have a lot of great expectations about this 034 kit. Once it's tuned, i dont even mind sharing my maps... Anything to help fellow S4

    There has been a change of plans, we had a ton of rouble fitting those 3071's, so i need to get the car back together oon and Shaun wasthe clear option.

    Thanks i appreciate that. I was the same way with my vr6, i must have sent DTA P8Pro maps to 50 people over the years. Im interested in if the cluster will work, performance obviously, i guess emmisions is out the window?, etc.... Thanks again, hopefully ill see you at waterfest again this year.

    ^Hey Alex did you switch to gt2554's? I thought you were going to use gt2560's. Or does the gt2554-471171-3's which are worked, equivalent to gt2560's?

    Just curious because if I ever have the money to do a gt build, it will most likely be similar to yours but with gt2554's and all the other hardware you got with Motronic 7.1. I want mine to be a daily driver as well.

    Your build sounds awesome and can't wait to see how it turns out. Actually I can't wait to see how everyones gt builds turn out. The B5 S4 platform is advancing because of you guys. I applaud all of your efforts. Good luck to all.

    p.s. I think you could possibly run with Jrocks (white one from h20) single turbo supra..even though you doubt yourself. Just bring race gas, I wont tell. lol

    jeez, i asure am gonna travel to NJ to find this one specific mans car, break into it, not set off the motion sensor, pop his hood, remove his motor and steal his turbos one night while he sleeps.

    no no. never that! that would be stupid (for me) as that is not what i am looking for. also, the bigger you go, the more shit you gotta get, ie. twinny clutch, fuel pump, etc, etc.

    thank you, my point exactly. most of these cars arent getting taken at the mall. the nicer ones are being taken from the owners homes. ie, DAS80, and many other successful and failed attempts.

    yes but if you attract people to your car you will have it vandalized inside, something stolen from the inside or engine bay, Have to fix the Door, Have to fix a window, have to fix the ignition switch = $$$$

    theres no fool proof way, but if they steal the car and you don't have a separate riders policy to cover all the mods your screwed.. Leave the car unlock and you can save the window haha
