Yes, the next A3 is going to be released with a 2.0T Quattro variant, and at this time there are plans to only release it with a DSG gearbox. It will be haldex, just like the current 3.2 A3.

A3 quattro 2.0 turbo and dsg sounds like a winning combo, I would of bought a new A4 but its got the crappy tiptronic. The only thing the 09 A3 wont have is the updated 2.0 engine.
