Hi! Let me start of by saying sorry for the crappy pictures... My real camera broke down... Anyways here are some pictures right after I detalied it

These are my babies that I just picked up. Just waiting for tires though. It's hard on a stdent budget , especially if you don't wan't to buy cheap tires but good ones.


Just had to share a picture with these wheels... I found them in a tireshop where I was picking up something (?!). Guess which car they come from The rumour at the shop was that the 4rims went for approx. $17 000 USD But they are carbon/magnesium You'll find the answer further down the page.


Well that's it with mods until my tires arraive. Enjoy!

To answer some questions, yes I used the 3.0 specs for the remus, and it is only the last mufflers that you get from them. I kept the rest stock since I didn't have time to build the rest (or money) now. You can't hear any difference from stock on startup, idle even on low revvin, but when you drive and floor it then you can tell the difference ;-)
Soundclips will come as soon as I can get hold of a rather good camera.

i read your thread more closely, you SAW them at a tire shop, so you wont be putting them on your car ofcourse, especially at 17k! did you pick it up? was it light??

and those wheels are one of my favorites! from an A6 right? or is it A8?? keep your house locked up i may just have to swoop on yours! hahah but seriously post pics once mounted:)

Yeah the carbon/magnesium wheels felt so light compared to my clumsy 19x8,5 rs4 wheel, but yeah that would be awsome to have singlebolted koenigsegg wheels on it ;-)
The remus tips are 102mm in diameter.

What is the size of the tips?

Those are 4" tips.

I also have a soundclip on mine if anyone's interested on how the Remus axlebacks sound like. My exhaust setup doesn't have a resonator, it's a straight 2.5" custom catback pipe clamped after the stock downpipe, and welded on the axleback. After the axleback, are full mufflers with 4" tips.
