I simply put my front plate on the dash to eliminate the cluttered look. I have never been stopped or given a ticket as a result of its placement. Nice car btw.

it's probably only at ur area...in my area...it's not allowed to put LP on the dash cuz it will fly out once the car hit something and kill the passengers

Because you can remove your plate in about one minute flat without tools with this. Prefer to not have a plate but about to drive through an area known for handing out plate tickets? Pull over, stick it on real quick, drive through without worry.

I put my plate and plat holder in the trunk. Seems like the best place for it. I don't worry about it to much, I have driven past many many officers here in portland and they don't seem to care. However i guess it just takes one having a bad day to pull me over.

hmm maybe my physics is rusty, but isn't 1st law of motion anything in motion will stay in motion? unless you crash while going reversed at 60 mph, that license isnt going nowhere but forward... if you put the plate next to the airbags on the other hand, then i think you deserve what happens next...

for the popo, i think its more an issue of visibilty than safety. and they are just jerkholes about it.

anywho, that is a nice product... im thinking of doing the same thing but using the JDM plate hangers from my S2K... after i get caught.

It's really handy since it is removable with next to no tools, if any. You can run your front plate and still have your beautiful plate filler glorifying your sexy front end

LOL!!! Yeah that sure cleans it up!!! having a plate hanging off center and sticking out off the bumper drawing even more attention to itself!! way to go!! And as far as it coming off quickly for a photot shoot, i dont know about urs but my filler plate uses like 5 screws... and with a little electric screw driver it can be changed out in like 3 minutes... atleast the front plate filler plate keeps the car looking symetrical and it is recessed into the plate... sorry to offend, but that thing looks rediculous...

Not a HUGE fan of the placement but deff better than a stock filler. I just go with the black filler plater personally! But its unique and a great way to have a front plate w/o geting a ticker or being stock

Personally Don't dig the EVO look sorry. I understand the concept of easy on and off, but theres gotta be a better solution. No filler plate kind of attatchment would work, i guess, because it wouldnt look clean when off...

You could also buy plastic fastener things (like what airport security uses for zippers?) and use the screw holes and fasten to grill through holes (seen a pic using rs4 grille) and just cut it and take it off for meets / etc. That requires scissors only or knife, etc. Costs what? 20 dollars for like 5000 fasteners?
