    Ft. Lauderdale/Miami Shop help!

    Guys,

I took my car to a shop because I am feeling a real bad vibration when I accelerate. When I let go of the accelerator and coast the vibration stops, I drop it into neutral it stops.

The shop is telling me my tranny is shot ("pump is bad"). It's possible because I have a CVT, its slow to go into drive from a stop or from Park to Drive etc., but it shifts flawlessly.

My question here is, I want a second opinion, because I think something else is bad and causing the vibration. The tranny may well be shot, but would that cause the vibration?

What shops do you guys know in Ft. Lauderdale/Miami that I can take my car to, the mechanic gets in, drives it and tells me whats wrong.

    Thanks in advance

Feel free to bring it by and we'll be more than glad to take a look at it and tell you exactly what's wrong with it. The shop's info is in the signature so if you want to give me a call tomorrow and we can set something up.

    Thank you,

    Ivan
