Yes, there really an easy way to mount up the bumpers and sideskirts w/o doing a hack job.
IIRC in order to put the back bumper on you had to remove the rear bumper support. The support is held on by allen head bolts, and there's not enough clearance between the bolt heads and the bumper. Major PITA, then realized the fender line/curve is spaced wrong and looked like crap.

You want a good quality setup, I wouldn't use them. NTM fiberglass bumper suck in general. Urethane FTW. I spent a week fixing all the spider cracks and B/S on the bumper and the sideskirts alone. That's one week meaning about 12 hrs b/c of work and school schedules as well. The finish on the inside of the bumpers sucks too.

You most likely will never find one since it would have a very high price tag.
