help with a few codes and boost surge

OK after my ecu my recent flash of my ecu my car ran pretty good for a couple weeks. Now boost has been surging.. I have the K05 chip FMIC and 5 bar fpr..my car is a 2000 and the following codes

5 Faults Found:

17521 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B1 S1: Internal Resistance too High

P1113 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

16524 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs

P0140 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate

16795 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs

P0411 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate

17522 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B1 S2: Internal Resistance too High

P1114 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

17964 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs

P1556 - 35-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent


BTW I know at one time someone posted a website with a list of codes... anyone have that link
