    Burning smell at high speeds sometimes..

    Sometimes at high speeds i get a burning smell .. but at low speeds i can get it on it hard and it wont give off that smell...

    This only happens when i really get on it when im going over 80mph ... any suggestions ?

    what kinda smell? rubber, oil, clutch...?

    could be coolant.. hows your expansion tank? sometimes it has a crack and only drips down out of that crack when a lot of pressure is going through. i had that, and the new tank took care of that job. but its easy to tell open your hood, do you have pink shit all over that area or at least some

    valve cover gaskets possibly.... mine smelled pretty bad when i was driving on the highway. Its either them of the cam adjuster seals. I had all of mine replaced under warranty and the smell went away.
    What you can do is as soon as you star smelling that burning, pull over open the hood and look for smoke coming from the engine. Mine was smoking out the drivers wheel well and back twords the firewall.

    i have no smoke ever, and its so hard to find the drip...

    look at your spider hose, that things under pressure, and would potentially spit oil at high load etc.
