    A4 purchase questions

New member here looking at purchasing an A4 within the next 2 months. I had a few questions that I am hoping someone could help me out with. I have tried searching and so far no luck so if this has been covered, my apologies.

    1. I will end up ordering mine to get the exact options/colors I want so given this what is the usual time frame from order to delivery? 8 weeks, 12 weeks, more?

    2. Based on ordering, I assume you would give a deposit at the time of your order but when is the rest of the payment/financing due? My guess would be something like 1-2 weeks before delivery or would it be when it is at the dealership and you go to take delivery of your car?

    3. With the special finance rates currently, to qualify do you have to take delivery before they end (currently April 30) or will having an order (with deposit) in before they end lock in that rate?

Thanks in advance for any assistance. So far this site has been invaluable in my research.

    Re: A4 purchase questions

    1. 12-16 weeks is common depending on when production starts.

    2. You obviously have to leave a deposit. (make sure it is refundable!!!!!!!!) You will not start patments until you receive the car.

    3. In order to take advantage of current offers you will have to take delivery immediately. Hence you will be subject to available offers when your car arrives in a few months.

Have fun banging your head against the wall figureing out what to do cuz that's what I did!
