Hey guys Question..What would You do?

OK ..So today i shipped my car here From Germany To states. I brought it to the shipping Company to inspect it and send it on its way and during the Inspection the guy inspecting Missed these deep Scratches ( must of been like 6 or 7 big ass Scrapes) Under the lip of front Bumper ( from my wife Scraping it when she Parks). 2 of my rims also had some damage from Curbing. He didn't annotate none of that damage on our inspection Paperwork. But he did write down some paint chips and so on..but nothing major. anyways Car is on its way to the US on some ship. Ok so heres the Question. I don't want to hear this legal Mumbo jumbo...Just truthful answers

When it get to states do i make a claim for the damage and get a new bumper and maybe some wheels?

I already know that i should not of let my wife drive the car.

Even if you tried, it probably wouldn't get covered. It's normal damage that 90% of cars have... and if they did pay, it wouldn't be jack shit.

No one should have to pay for damages you created other than your insurance company or you, that includes your wife and others that are allowed to drive the car.

The guy is probably assuming the OP is doing a military move. And if you are, OP, sounds like you're making the right call to not go through with that. A guy I was in the service with dropped five paygrades for something similar. Was some other drama too, for which his wife ended up turning him for. Ouch.
