It about time I got off my ass and installed the suspension. Thanks again to Eric @ SPP and STaSIS for a great product. For anyone doubting them, the ride and price is absolutely perfect. Lets be honest, if you are like me, you dont track your car. You want a low stance and a good ride. My wife drives the car 50% of the time and actually said "I love the ride and the way it handles!" We have a 16 month old and she loves riding in the Recaro without being thrown around on an ultra stiff set up. We took a 4 hour trip this weekend and it was great.

There are not many of you out there that can test these through the conditions I have. I drive an hour and 20 minutes each way to work. I start out on a unmaintained private dirt road filled with holes, washouts and bumps, then go down 1 lane paved country roads to the highway and finally end up on city streets. If any of you have been to Limerock racetrack in NW CT, you know the fun I have driving every day. I am about 5 min from there.

This is starting to sound like a commercial but I just want to say thanks to SPP and STaSIS. This was the exact set up I had in my head and it did not disappoint!

Here are some before and after pics...Next up is the STaSIS Exhaust, S4 Mirrors, RS4 Pedals, tint and maybe some spacers out back. I am going for the cleaned look. Let me know what you think...

Twins minus the S-Line. Kind of a stepchild I guess. I have been waiting for him to finally let go of his but I think he is having a hard time. We talked for a while a year ago and I was going to go with VMR's. I know the LM's arent real and I may get flamed but I couldnt pass up something that looks like my favorite wheel of all time and keep $4k in my pocket...

For the money and the quality of STaSIS/Koni, you cant go wrong. Sure you can get PSS9's or Ohlins but for my needs and I think most people on here, they are overkill and the ride quality suffers. I want something that improves handling, takes away the gap on 19's, and rides almost stock. Thats what I got and I am happy. You need to jump on these when they are in stock because they go fast wherever you buy them. I waited a long time and got lucky.

Thanks brother, I always looked at your car for inspiration. Perfect blend of OEM+ and tasteful mods. The funny thing is, the installers were handed about 5 pics of your car and told to copy that height! I dont know the exact measurements but i will get them.

I need those mirrors....I mean its only right to pass them with the torch!

you should have a 1/4 inch rake but most people do not since they want symmetric fender gaps

Yes they are the dreadful reps everyone now hates. 19x8.5 with 2mm spacers on the front and none on the rear. I love them. Are they light? no. Are they $4k, no. Do they look close enough for people to ask? yes. That makes me smile. Dont get me wrong, I wish I had real ones and maybe someday I will get a set but in the meantime I can deal with these.

Looks great! In regard to the wheels, thats why I didnt buy LMs. Too many reps. They look good though IMO.

These guys are no joke when it comes to Porsche and they have opened an Audi/VW division. They were great to deal with and pricing was in line with what people have been paying on here. Peter Almedia is the man to speak to and was an Audi tech for years.

They brought 7 Porsches to the Rolex 24, they were the 2007 Grand Am Rolex GT Champions and they are also running the American LeMans series. Its an impressive operation and adding Audi and VW can only be good for us.

i agree with /\G..i drive ~80+ miles a day and i got the Stasis SS, couldnt be happier..i ride suuper low after this 4th adjustment and still the ride is great...got a lil bouncy but i think its because im out of the shocks efficiency range from being soo low. but again, for driving soo many miles per day i love every minute of this suspension, best bang for the buck! if anyones on the fence, hope on the Stasis SS bandwagon!!

They're all boxed up and ready to go if you still want 'em. A shame the RS 4 grille wouldn't fit.

You are the man as always! Looks like I hit it at the right time for the LM reps and the STaSIS SS. I do miss the bags of m&m's though. I will call you this week, I need some Lamin-X and want to try some different spacers. Funny thing, I was reading an old PVW with your old car last night. That thing is still hot. What happend to those wheels? That recall was a shame. Loved em. Bring back the SPP wheels!
