    its not great, it aint bad. break it down...

    bumper w fogs, grills, washer caps, bump mounts is about $1300shipped. then paint... a few hundo. let's say ~$5hundo for that n the rear. so you save a lil.

    but paint shouldnt make the value higher... its is used, and might not even match well. so try n get it down to the cost of the item shipped. i think that is fair, no?

    No, buy a 400 or 500 bumper and get it painted for another 500. Then sit on your couch after installation and count 500 ones over and over again.
