I was actually saying the opposite but some may disagree. The downside to the stiffer front is it adds back some understeer BUT, it also provides better turn-in. In other words, with the stiffer front the steering response feels more immediate and the front end stays flatter around corners. IMO, the improved turn-in outweighs the reduction in oversteer. I'm assuming that the stiffer rear bar is also used.
Not sure if you're talking about the servotronic steering on the S4 (amount of power assist to steering varies with speed) with quite a nice responsive feel at higher speeds
