    Re: DPE Wheels

After 5 days, so far so good. No real issues except for it is a PITA to clean as I found out this weekend because there's a groove on the inside of the wheel where the water tends to pool up easily. Gotta soak up the excess afterwards with an extra towel or be a car nut and take off each wheel to clean it.

Also for my particular model (GT7), the tire pressure valve is located on the inside of the wheel, I'm not sure if it is the same for their other models. I really am at a lost just how I'm going to add air to the tire without taking off the wheel. I suppose they did this for asthetics reasons.

    That's all :)

    Re: DPE Wheels

I also have a set of DPE GT7's. I've had them on for about 8K miles now. No issues whatsoever and they've survived a couple of nasty potholes.

I use P21 Wheel Gel from Detailers Domain. If I leave the gel on for a couple of hours, the grime melts away. I'll usually follow up with a quick polish of the lip and some Menzerna FMJ to keep it protected.

Thumbs up to DPE from me.

    Re: DPE Wheels

not trying to thread jack, but i have a related question about DPE wheel.
i found a deal on a set of DPE wheels but one of the rims is missing the bolts (the rivets looking bolts around the rim)
does anyone know a place to get them?
