    Re: Over boost problems

I have a similar problem with my car. I am only APR chipped. As its gotten warmer the last two weeks. I started spiking at 20-21, as opposed to the 17 in the winter. Car is misfiring at idle too. I have heard that the plugs I am using Bkr7e's at .028 are not the best for the summer. I might change them out and see what happens. So I was going to ask what plugs you are running?

I'm running the same plugs but I usually spike to 20 and im not spikeing to 30 so its a little more extream.. Im going to buy a new N75 valve and hope thats the problem.. may also buy two new coil packs

    Re: Over boost problems

Did you try bypassing the N75 valve so that the vac lines just go from the turbo housing to the wg actuator? This should cause the car to run very low boost, if it doesn't the vac line might be leaking or the actuator might not be pushing the WG open. If you do end up running very low boost you know it is most likely the N75 valve that is the problem.
