    easy fix?/what part is this?

Alright, so as I was taking my driver's side turn signal out today (front stopped working a month or so back) I noticed this. I assume this is why it isn;t working. There should be 3 prongs, there is only 1 in the center, other 2 broke off? interesting.. haha Is there an easy way to possibly fix this, if not what is this part called and any idea where I can buy one? besides dealer. TIA

if you read what I wrote, I explained what is going on. The bulb, I know is fine I tested it on the other side.. I showed you the first pic so you could see what it is. The second two show the INSIDE of that plastic housing type thing the bulb goes into. There is 3 little metal/silver prongs that stick up. The 2 side ones are both snapped off at the bottom, the middle one is still there.

Dealer or junkyard...or someone who's parting out their car.
