Basically, the struts have 'notches' on them (3 notches on all 4's), so they act like coilvers. I can raise/lower the car myself, just a little more work than coilovers.

African - Yes, M3 lip spolier fit PERFECTLY. I'm actually contemplating about removing them, to me, it feels like it's taking away from the trunk spoiler. If i do decide to remove it, i'll post it up here.

Thanks for the compliments, fellas. She's got about 110k on the clock, still running strong with regular maintenance.

Do all struts have that feature or just Bilsteins? I've never heard of that before. I would love to have my front end dropped just a bit more.

I believe only Bilsteins. I ordered them from AWEtuning.

As for the wheels, to be honest, not really sure. Bought them from another member off of the other board.

love it, reminds me of my car. You did a great job with the mods... it is a 4.2 right?
and will even more once I get the RS6 rep.. I could not decide b/w them and the DTM's... think the RS6 look better on a bigger car like ours.

You can't tell from those fenders? 4.2 ftmw. As like you, i was torn between the DTM's and the Euro RS6 reps. I wanted the DTM's, throw the anniversary center caps, and call it a day, but i got these wheels for such a good deal that i couldn't pass them up. The DTM's would look great on the car, it just needs the perfect set up, i.e, spacers. I had 5mm on there at 1st, didn't fill the fender how i wanted it to, so i threw on 15mm's and now, they're pretty much flush. No rubbing, i have vibrations, but then again, i think i just need my wheels to be re-balanced.

As for the CC mod, i'd like to tackle this job but am too scared to throw them in the oven lol.

If anyone has a write up, or a source for the lower RS6 grill, please, LMK.

Again, thanks for the compliments. It took 3 years in the making to make her look like that. I'm pretty much done with the outside, now onto the inside.

I've actually got that printed out, it's just a b**** to find the lower grill.
I'm looking for a cheaper way also, but i can't seem to find the kind of mesh that resembles the OEM grill.

White Fish - Not sure how that set up will play out. I had the sports package suspension on mine prior to my current set up, but i never tried the sports springs/bilsteins.

You guys are messing me up LOL...!!! Here I am with a perfectly good Black 2.7T sedan just like ones above and with only 52K and yet I am looking for an Allroad avant , so then I see this and start to think that I want to keep my 6 alittle longer. I am confused...

Both cars above are awesome. Brice yours looks mean in that pic, do you have spacers on your rears?

Congrats to both of you awesome 6's

No spacers needed as they are Et 35mm. The rims are only 8mm widem if they were 8.5, it'd be perfect :)

    Still a work in progress.

yeah ET 35 works great our cars for most wheels. Spacers would cvause issues, prob rub under load on the fender edge... I'd rather rub on the liner :)
