Two cars Im interested in

I have my S4 leased for another 2 years. I Really like two car and I know they are both different but in some ways they are not.

EVO MR edition. (that comes with the Six speed dual clutch)
Nissan GTR. (speaks for it self)

Both cars are Turboed, Have AWD, Are very fast, Are Japanese. I know there not german and theres always that great solid feel to our cars but at the end of the the day i dont know what to do. I think both cars have great styling and look tough. I still love my car but I have that itch. I think my car in the long run is still better.

If you are talking about the Evo X, it runs the quarter mile 13.8 compared to the S4's 13.40 and build quality between the S4 and Evo cannot be compared. That is a big down grade. The GTR on the other hand, thats a car!! Personally i would buy an RS4 or C63.

I second that, if you spending roughly 60k on a Gt-R I think there are better cars out there, if you read ratings on it there are some interesting points but it isn't the best car out there for that much money.

You should just turbo the S4, I hear there is a kit coming out soon that is more affordable than the MTM kit.

its 60something thousand first of all but it will be 90,000 becasue they are charging 30over list. in two years it wont be like that.

limited production line. :) i would take a porsche 911 gt3 over the GTR. just because im buying the car for its name.. class. and heritage..

It sounds like you want a slushbox otherwise i would be all over an RS4 right now if i were you. The RS4 6 speed is so smooth, if i were you i would opt. for a Manual. I have a Tiptronic A4 and i promised myself that never, ever ever will i ever buy a car without a manual transmission ever in my life ever again:)

My RS4 is probably the best shifting manual I've ever had. I miss that DSG in my '08 R32 though. Different experience for sure but these new DSG transmissions solve many issues with the old auto and manual trannys. It really is the best of both worlds. I can't imagine how capable that GT-R is with its gearbox.

You cannot compare the EVO to the GTR, they are completely different cars. First off the GTR is 50k more then the Evo, that is a big difference. 2 door vs 4 door......and so on. Personally, I'd get the GT-R, if I could afford it.

Will it come in a manual or not? So far I have only seen ones with paddles. If no 6 spd, I will never own one...

I highly doubt the GT-R would ever be offered in a manual. That car is a razor sharp example of Japanese performance and engineering. To put a manual in it would be a step backwards in 0-60 and track times. Imo the car isn't about how it 'feels' or the 'drivers experience' that so many BMW fanboys talk about. It's about kicking everyone's ass, and doling that out probably 'feels' pretty good

I know at least two dealers charging only 10k over, so 80k total.
