S8 Extended Warranty Help

My S8 just turned 100K and is no longer protected under the Audi Assured Warranty, so I am in the market for an extended warranty. I checked the AAAAutowarranty.net site, but they only offered me a 1 yr. @ cost of $4,000+!

I can live with a powertain only with good coverage unless you can advise otherwise.

I know the mileage numbers are high in most views, but would like to know if anyone has any ideas or advice.

Car well maintained. I am having timing belt (water pump, pulleys, etc,) and Mass Air Flow sensor replaced next week.

Never Mind ~ After several phone calls from a bunch of a****les, I decided to decline on their SCAM offers which I doubt they will come through on when I am in need. My feeling is if something happens, with the condition my car is in, it will probably cost less than the warranty. I'm out!
