Looking to buy this damaged S4

I am looking to buy this s4 and was wondering if you guys can tell me what can you tell from the pics that would need to be fixed to get it going again. The engine runs fine I am told just has no radiator so can't run for more then a few seconds. Any estimates how much to fix it?

Front end collision and the engine only starts for a few seconds...the accessory belt is gone, wonder if the timing belt is fucked. Just something to consider...

    a clean title s4 for 7k?? ^^ thats a little low..

now i think your main problem here is that the grille is missing the s4 badge, other than that it needs a buff job and you should be good to go..
