    Anoying Transmission Problem

I've posted here before about how my 2007 Quattro Tip A4 jerks/clunks when i downshift from 3 to 2nd or 2nd to 1st. I took it into the dealer and the tech that drove with me said that it was completely normal. I was reading on the forums and came across the real reason that this happens: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showpo...88&postcount=6 What i want to know is if there is an OEM "clutch converter" that i can install, or some way to VAG program this not to lock at lower speeds. It is really anoying me extremely every time i have to take a turn and downshift from 3rd to 2nd with the jerk. I really would appreciate any input on how to fix this, with the exception of "buy a manual transmission."

    Thanks

    Re: Anoying Transmission Problem

When I'm downshifting my tranny in those conditions, I wait until I need to get back on the gas before shifting. Aka, making a turn I leave it in 3rd until I'm through the turn then give it gas as I tap it down a gear. Reving the engine makes the transitions much much smoother since its rev matching is pretty bad otherwise at that speed
