I want to upgrade my 05' A8 L

Hi Guys -


** DISCLAIMER - I know jackshit about cars. I can't
even change oil or a flat so feel free to dumb things
down for me ;) **


I bought my 1st Audi about 2 weeks ago and I am
hooked for life.... it's just the best ride I have ever
been in.

Black with the 2 tone Amaretto Interior.


- What can I do to make it faster? Chips, Intake stuff
I think it's called, etc?


- I want to put some black 22's on it or maybe 21's. Can
you guys recommend some good brands?

Is Lorenzo a good brand (I heard it in a song so I figure it
might be)?

If you want your sh!t looking tight then I would recommend the following:

Tint all the way around if you don't already have it.

Other than that there isn't much as far as performance goes, I also added a system to mine.

The lowering package still allows a full range of suspension adjustment, just lower.

The exhaust reduces back-pressure and has a great sound.

I LOVE those Rims you offer, however, I really want some Black Rims w/
a Chrome lip. Any suggestions?

Check out my thread i just posted to see how low my car is with the lowering links.

They are very easy to install, just time consuming to adjust and get just right, after that you could swap back to stock in less than 30 mins and no one would ever know :)

NO BLACK WHEELS WITH CHROME LIP... soo played out. The wheel options for your A8 are much classier than the same old story(black wheel, chrome lip). 21's would be sick because they aren't the norm either. Great choice of vehicle... keep up the good taste when modding it.

21-22 It will look the same don't be worried about being out of the norm' no one will be able to tell, and If this dude wants to get Black with a chrome lip let him, It could look very good, although I think all back would look better.

Everywhere I go the dealers say that 22's will not fit on this car.

They say I would have to modify it, etc....

So now I'm stuck with 20's....

I'm kinda pissed now but guess I'll have to order 20's.

Any thoughts?

Dude you're not driving a Yukon, 20's are fine. Post some pics when you get them put on.

EPG is a great shop in Milwaukee for all kinds of work. Also AutoBahn on 107th and Brown Deer does good work. They only work with Audis and VWs. Good luck with your ride.
