Hi. heres my story (another one). I bought some rotors from a local shop that deals with oem parts (but they were actually after market "oem" parts). anyway, i bought some S4 rotors but when i put them on the caliper's bolt was hitting on the rotors. they look exactly the same as the one i have but the offset is different. have you guys ran into any problems with aftermarket rotors? does the year of the S4 matter in rotor size?

my current rotors have the part number 8D0 615 101K

    ive seen some 8E0 615 101

I've gone though three sets of rotors with mine, the original oem . . . two types of slotted and back to OEM Zimmerman rotors that I got through ECS.

The zimmermans work well, haven't had any problems with deposition on them at all or pulsations, etc.

    here they are at www.ecstuning.com

Upon research (when I first was looking for the B5S4 upgrade) I also came across there being two different rotors.

But I Just bought used rotors off of AZ and those things bolted right up

not to steal a thread but what is the smallest wheel you can have with a B5S4 brake caliper/rotor?

There is always the possibility that you got the wrong part. The S4 rotors, from what I know are only one size, I don't know of 2 different sizes for the B5 S4.
