Hey guys, I have a 98 A4 1.8TQM and I just bought wheels for a really good price but now that I lok at them I have my doubts about them fitting????
    They are RS6 reps, Dimensions:
    5X112
    8.5 X 18" with an ET of 30?????
will these even fit and if so, what size tire is my best choice??? 225/40 18 or 225/35 18??????

Re: wheel size question, please help

should be fine. Stock wheels are ET35(IIRC) so you'll be just fine. I'd actually want a larger set like that to come in some to help clearance the fender.

EDIT: on 18's I have no idea what aspect ration you should run. I know your overall tire diameter should be in the 24.9-25" range in order for your speedo to be correct.

I think 225/40/18 should be fine but go here and be sure

You should be good. I run 18x9 et35 with 235's and no problems

they will pop out just a bit in the front 3mm atleast 225 would be safer all depending on what drop you have.
