    very sluggish acceleration

2 days ago I noticed that my car was not accelerating like it used to. No oil on top of the motor so I dont think its the PCCV valve. What can go wrong on the forge DV, maybe a line is loose? Maybe the coil packs? Today I upgraded my fuel pump and software but I cant really feel the performnce gains because of what ever else is going on. I also feel like im getting some sort of fuel cut at WOT around 100mph. The cars still feels like it has power just much less. No check engine lights are on and no codes are showing up. I am really getting frustrated with the car right now Any suggestions? Thanks

    Re: very sluggish acceleration

Funny you post this.. I had similar issues not to long ago. Part of the issue was a O-ring missing on my Forge DV. I guess someone forgot to put it on at installation... but anyways after this issue was addressed ... I noticed a 2-3 PSI increase steady throughout most of the RPM range. I still feel a slight dip in power above 100 but as soon as it kicks back in ... Damn it kicks back in!! ... anyways after some research I think that the remainder of my/our issue can be the cam lobe that drive the FSI pump. I will be taking my car in next week I hope to Penske Audi in West Covina to have it checked out. find a local shop to help you determine what the issue is. Thx to Ray's advice(Phatt_Audi) .. I went to Genesis Autosport here in SoCal and they took good care of me and my ride. Awsome crew there!

Last night I played around and drove it in stock mode with no issues at all. Its really weird, this morning I changed it back to 93 and it seams all the power is back and then some??? Now I can feel the difference the FSI pump made. I'll keep my fingers crossed!!
