2008 University of Maryland Spring Meet - Sunday, May 4th. 2000+ cars!

whats up guys, one of my good friends puts together this big Charity meet in Maryland, and it would be great if some audi fans would come support us. Its a great time, and best of all, ITS FOR CHARITY!!

if you need any other info you can just ask me... CPT models will be
there, free tickets to HIN & other prizes, JDM 2008 Skyline, exotics
etc.

We will be asking for 1(or more) non-perishable food item per person
as they enter the lot. If you forget to bring an item or prefer not
to, we will collect a $1 donation on your way into the lot. All the
donations collected from admission, food sales and the 50/50 raffle
are going to be donated to Martha's Table

i'm at GMU, i always thought i was the only non-commuter Audi here. I'm considering going to this with some BMW guys but not for sure yet..

just car people some of them go to mason including myself.. im usually the only audi that shows up unfortunatly.. theres a couple guys with m3's,vw and a guy with a porsche as far as euros go ..depends on who shows up you know.. but should be like 20 or so cars suposivly... we are meeting at the K lot at 10am and leaving at/by 11am (fyi k-lot is your first left if coming onto campus from braddock road by sunoco)

check out AD/EM....there's two meets...one in Tysons Mall at the AMC parking lot at 10:30. The other is in Rockville at White Flint at 11:00. Tysons people will roll to meet Rockville people.

Yeah, clean car is on my list for this afternoon. I have only been down once to meet up with Clint, but I went 95 most of the way. I'm not super familiar with the area so if you have any suggestions, I'm pretty good with mapquest I've been down to the Annapolis Mall a few times, the academy is close to there or at least the stadium is IIRC. That is to funny that you are driving around with your block in the trunk, Clint had a 2.8 tranny in his trunk last time I saw him.

pssh what should I get it painted? crinkle red? ford blue? I talked to my peeps and they said it head job would be $450 for disassembly, hot tank, planed, port polish, gasket matched. Thats with the AEB.

Ill talk to him about getting it bead blasted and shit.

Right on with the Red and black theme, I know it isn't going to get you to 450hp and faster but hey it'll look cool in the process. I'm coming down from Baltimore too so I might be able to meet up with you guys. I might need to go down early though since I am bringing nsmith12's coils so Clint can install them.
