    USP Conversion/painted lowers -- Recommend a shop?

Just wondering, for those of you who've done the USP conversion, or had your lowers painted on a B6 A4... where'd you go? Were you happy? Price?

I've just bought the necessary bits to do the USP swap... so I'd like to have a body shop lined up for when I have all the parts in hand.

    Thanks guys!

Re: USP Conversion/painted lowers -- Recommend a shop?

I had mine done at Jays Auto Collision as part of an insurance claim. They didn't charge me any extra and painted my lowers and replaced my front upper and lower stock bumper with USP bumpers.

So can't comment on price but I'm happy with the job they did.

Not sure how they would feel about the cutting required to put the USP lower on the stock upper but you could ask. Talk to Joe and mention Scott with the beige Audi.

Thanks, I just called and Joe is not in today... but I'll track him down!

Anybody else have a place that did their lowers (and was happy)? Price?

    Thanks!
