    i just found this for sale and it looks like a really good deal but what you guys think too much hassle to get all the parts to make it work or should i just look for a b6 s4 intead

    you could probably buy a new S4 cheaper than the cost it would take to put that in your car

    i agree, since it's just a bare long block, it's only really worth anything to someone who is building a block for their S4, or blew their S4 motor and need a replacement... I recall a thread of one guy that did it, but he had the entire front clip from an S4 at his disposal, and even then, it's not exactly a simple task...
