the real questions are:
what your budget? low = springs, high = coils
are you tracking the car? no = springs, yes = coils
do you like tinkering (adjustability?) get coils. i love this part since i try out a lot of wheels and i like the fact that i can adapt my suspension to my setup.
the ride factor varies from brand to brand and also from person to person. i think my eibach coils are fine to me, but some think its rough.
