Speaker hiss

Hi Everyone,

Have done a search but have been unable to find anything so apologies if these are dumb questions!

Firstly when I turn off the stereo, RNS-e, remove keys from ignition and even lock the car there is still a hiss coming from all speakers is this normal? If not I have a Nokia phone kit installed by Audi could this be causing the issue?

Also if I'm listening to a cd, turn off the stereo but continue driving for a while with it off it seems to continue playing the cd until I stop and remove the keys from the ignition is this normal as I would expect when I turn off all the functions to cease?

Any help would be really appreciated.
