I read negative experience with the salespeople. But nothing about the service department.
I went there recently for my first service since it is close to me for my 25,000 mile service, and everything went fine.
If someone knows anything about crappy work on their cars, please let me know. I wont go back.
Thanks
This is the truth. They sold me a service contract last June, for a period of time, which was longer than what was left on the certification from Audi. Two other Audi dealers refused to accept the warranty. I brought the car to JD last December to repair the windshield washers on the car which hadn't worked since AUGUST !! My son had the car with him at college, and couldn't get a dealer to accept the warranty. JD service department did the repair, and it has worked fine ever since. HOWEVER, THEIR SERVICE MANAGER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE SERVICE CONTRACT HIS OWN SALES DEPARTMENT SOLD TO ME.After complaining to the sales manager there, they finally accepted the service contract, and we only had to pay the deductible. The work was OK, but their whole attitude, and their management suck. Find somewhere else to go. Don't give them any business at JD. BTW, if you do go there, and have a problem, Audi of America will NOT BACK YOU UP. I have complained to Audi many times, and they just say that they're sorry, but they do nothing. Look through the posts here, and find a dealer, and a service department that respects you, and tries to keep your business by treating you right AFTER you give them your money. JD
