Expect the worst and hope for the best. Maybe you will get lucky and it won't be to much of an extensive project.

Re: timing belt broke what to fix?

was the car moving while it broke? My buddy had his water pump fail on the highway... took all 30 valves in the v6 out. My belt stripped as I was turning the car on, and it only bent one valve in my v6.

That can make a big difference. I am not an expert, but depending on how many valves are bent, the head may not need to be replaced.

Someone correct me if I am wrong. Good luck because I know how shitty it can feel.

Just rebuild the whole head. Get whole new gasket kit, head bolts, t-belt kit, coolant flange.
