Die-cast models of our cars

Does anybody know where to get one? I've looked everywhere. The dealership used to have them but Audi stopped making them anymore coz they don't sell very well. Someone else has to make them. Any info is appreciated.

My friend bought it for me off eBay. I'm sure you can get it from the audi stores also.

I checked and they only have the 1:87 scale. That's waaay to tiny to see any details. The one avantnoir has is a good size. But he just won't tell us where he got it. Speak dammit...

i have a silver b7 avant i bought at audi in munich a couple of years ago. the 1/18 avant models are pretty popular over there so if you dare to shop on ebay germany, you'll usually find a few. they have the rs4 avant models as well.

oh you guys are search geniuses. :D Those models look great. I found them before, but I need one in black. I already asked the seller. I hope they have it.

I love these models. And having it at my desk is sort of a reminder to go out and drive her. I know I'm a bit sick that way.

Friend of mine actually has a profitable little side hobby selling Euro Die-Cast models online. He's owned a lot of real Audis as well and started collecting years ago. His wife made him sell off his collection, so he bought more and sold those, and realized he was making money and enjoyed it.

He got one for me close to my B7 awhile back. A little pricey but the detail is amazing!

He might actually be on the forum, I'll see if I can contact him to post if anyone is interested. If it's made, he can find it. Has connections all over the world for these things.

Chill guys. I got it at the LA Auto show from Audi (I was working for them as a Product Specialist), they had a trinkets booth. They had two of the Avants, a silver one & the black one. Somebody snagged the silver one. I bought the black one. It's 1/18 scale Minichamps. With my Audi discount I paid $25.00 for it

This is a good site w/ a lot of options. 1/18 is the popular scale and they're generally about 9-10 inches long.

Believe it or not, Costco had some pretty BA ones during the holiday season. I bought a Silver/Black blade R8. They also had an RS4 Cab and a DTM S4, but when I went back next time to get them they were all sold out.

I collected models until I earned my drivers license. I Have 100+ 1:8 scale models. Maisto is good but nothing comes close to AutoArts detail. Mastio is great for the price usually $20, $10 at Costco. Of course I am talking about 1:8 scale models. When it comes to 1:24 scale http://www.bburago.com/ is great. Tomorrow I will post pics of the MKIII rabbit that I modified.
