Looking at getting rs6 reps, what tire should i get

I posted this in the tire forum also but didn't think many people look there.

i'm looking at getting rs6 wheels from LW&T.

they offer

19x8 inch , 5x112mm 30 or 45mm
Silver Wheels

or

19x8 inch 19x9 inch, 5x112mm 30/35mm
Silver Wheels

should i just get 19x8 all around?
also what tire size should i get so i don't rub

i will be lowered on neuspeed sport springs & bilstein shocks.
