Recaro Seat question

I don't post much here, but after searching I can't find the answer to this question. In the B7 S4, do the Recaro seats have extendable cushions? They LOOK like they do, but I don't know anybody who has this car or these seats to be able to find out. Thanks for any answers or threads I missed.

If you mean the extendable/retractable thigh supporters, then yes.

The driver's seat thigh support extends along with the regular 12 adjustments.

Answer is Yes. BTW, the B6 Recaros also have a pull out storage drawer under both the driver and passenger seat.

Ohhh, does it really? jk Hey Chronic, your a local cat and live in Pasadena. We should hook up sometime and maybe I can get you up to speed on some of the things on your car. I just traded in my B6 but pretty much can help you out on any questions that you may have. I live in San Gabriel and am always in Pasadena. If you see me crusing around, give me a honk. You should have made it to the GMR drive last weekend.

My 06 S4 has both the extender and the tray underneath on both the passenger and drivers seat. I thought everyone had the same thing????

I was wondering this same thing. Mine does not have the thigh extenders. It looks like they do, but none of the buttons make it move on driver or passenger side. All buttons did move the seat in some way, so I don't know what the dealio is w/ mine.

It's not a button on the panel but rather a recessed latch on the extender itself - right at the front of the seat.

Just checked and mine was filled w/ grape & strawberry nerds from the previous owner. Guess he couldn't figure out how to do it either :D.

No Zach, it might not be strawberry or grape, but there is one in your seat. You left yourself open and I just had to go there.
