Twin Turbo 3.0 ...?

This guy I know says he put TT's on his 3.0 over a span of 1-2 weeks...making around 400whp. I sorta called him out on it, yet, hes still sticking to his story. I highly doubt it, acutally have never heard of a TT setup being fabbed up for one, and when I asked to see his engine, he said not today - maybe Friday .
Since im from the B5 group, im wondering, has anyone put a TT setup in a 3.0?... and yes I know its hard to do.

I know of an s4 with a 3.0 biturbo, but im pretty sure he's makin a lot more than 400whp

Anything is possible however this is very unlikely. Reason being because this kind of modification would easily cost $10-$20k and that does not include all the headaches of trial/error dealing with proper tuning and fuel delivery etc. I would love to see someone do this but one would a have to have ALOT of time and money and unfortunately in todays world you either have one or the other.
