I just got my Avant back from the dealer after they did the 5k service and a GIAC chip upgrade and I can't believe the performance now!! Oh, and 18" Ti summer wheels. The bad news about that is they look like ass without a drop, I guess next month will be the Stasis CO's.....

just do h&r springs and billstein shocks and save 2k. No need for coilovers unless our tracking the car extensively.

No tracking. Can't I expect Street Sports to cost about $1300 installed?

    Re: Holy Crap!

    yes, you can...pshh, save $2k?

price is just about even for streetsports and bilstein/h+r combo.

go with coils...i had the combo before, it was good, but i think coilovers being matched as a set are probably better, although i don't have personal experience.

i debated for a while between ss and bilstein/h+r and went with the combo because i did not need adjustability and had heard great things about it.

price difference was maybe $200...not $2k...lol.

The Stassis C/O are the ish... it's how the car should have come. Handles so nice. Just makes you want to hit the track.

Your dealer installed a GIAC chip for you? Was this an Audi dealer or an indy?

Fred Baker Audi. Stasis sells the software and warrants the ECU and Audi still covers everything else.
