HOW to REMOVE the OEM REAR VALENCE ?

Can you please help me, How to remove the B7 oem rear valence. I am planning to paint it. Someone from west sold me a damage carbon fiber rear valence . So painting is my next option.

keep the OEM look..it breaks it up nicely..unless you're gonna paint it black

but to answer your question, I have NO idea..great looking car..love Imola!

Once your remove the 2 securing screw holding it down (can be seen when yer on your back looking upward just inside the bumper area), you can basically peel it back carefully starting from one end and working your way to the other end.
After the screws, the rest are valance tabs that fit into notch openings in the bumper.

Got mine painted the same color as my car. To take it off, take off the two screws underneath and as meantioned above pull from one side to get it going. It will take a lot of force to get it off but once it starts moving, the securing tabs release nicely. I was worried about pulling hard on mine, but now I've done it three times. Just takes a damn good pull from one corner. I was worried I was going to break it when I did it, but it held.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I can't seem to get it off. What direction am I supposed to pull? Down, in, out? Anybody know?

Just pull out the corners of the valence are the hardest to get. Once you get those the rest just goes easy, but its just straight out.
