Cranking but Not Starting! Help!!!

Here's my story.
The engine died on me while driving.
It will crank, but it won't start.
I tried to figure out.
There's no fuel flowing in the fuel line, and there is no spark.
When I turn the ignition, the rpm doesn't response.
I checked the temperature sensor, but it wasn't the problem.
I think it might be the crank sensor or cam sensor.
What do you guys think the problem is???

you should have a check engine light.i would guess the sensor on the drivers side of the trans bell housing

No...I filled it up on that day the engine died...

and your sure of no spark., a little fyi if there is too much alcohol in the gas an audi pump has been known to fail. i replaced a tt fuel pump 2 time to find this out.get a little of the gas and pour a small amount on the floor and let it dry, does it leave behind an oily residue? if so the gas should be ok.

Check your fuel pump fuse.

I am sure there is no spark, and I also checked any fuses that might be related.
And also, while taking a part of intake, I found out the Y-shaped pipe was very wet with some residue.
It began right before the silver y-pipe, and continues.
Is that normal?

yes.

So to recap, you have power to the starter, but no spark and no fuel, correct?

Are you chipped?

does its sounds like it cranks really fast or normal. if fast you have a broken timing belt

if your belt broke there will be no responce from cam or crank sensors because, the belt is broken and everything is off.

It's not timing belt. It cranks like normal.
And it's not chipped...I was making sure everything is nice and tight so I can get some upgrades done!!!
And I don't have the reader for error code...
I just ordered a crank sensor, it cost me 145 bucks...
I'm going to try that, what do you guys think?

You need to check the error codes before you spend any money on parts.

if you want to buy oneof everything and stuff it all in a cannon and shoot it at your car one of those parts is bound to fix it. so dont waste time and money and have someone properly diagnois it.
try checking the Ignition control module on top of the air box. that can cause a no start.

checked all the sensors, they all seem working. All have proper currents flowing.
It still cranks, spark, no fuel...no check engine light...
We hooked it up to computer, and it could not recognize it.
Would it be problem with ECU?

yea if your "EPC" light does not come on with the car on the "ON" position, theres no communication. also the scanner verified this. try another ecu.

no fuel...please got tell me you checked the fuel pump? did you recently put a filter in in it cause they only go one way. acutally you cant mess that up cause they banjo bolts are diff sizes. but if you didnt chek there please do

yea ECU...and no, I got the engine oil changed a while ago...

Got a working ECU with GIAC, it's working FINE!
Now the clutch's gone! Damn!
