hdr = high dynamic range
there's a lot of different programs that do it, i use photomatix pro. basically when you compile different exposures of the same picture (you need a tripod to do this usually... also, it can be done with a point n shoot, but a DSLR makes it worlds easier - this is because pns cameras usually get moved when you try to take the picture, and the camera needs to stay as still as possible) you combine them into a single picture so that it provides the most "dynaminc range" or highlights and shawdows possible, while maintaining the quality of the image. you then move to tone mapping and post processing and you can almost create a "glow" around the objects you're shooting. it also makes reflections, and the like look really really cool/crisp.

im not a photo pro - nor do i claim to be. i just kinda know how to do it, and i love the way it looks.

Sorry I can't offer any insight on your 8mm spacer/bbk question, but your car is tits. I love it. Those 'stars+the hood set it off. The black (are those CF?) door blades are a sick little touch, too.

Nope, you will need at minimum a 12, if not a 15 with the Sevas. Only thing that MAY clear with a smaller spacer is ECS Stage 2 Version 2

Im sorry Shawn, but most of those cars were very well done, especially the motors. I was most impressed with the swaps that was done like the Supra motor in the 89 Corolla, and a boosted K20 Type R in a 93 civic. The R33 and 34 GT-R Syline's were impressive also, there was some rice but not much!

Aww no chris i did not see his car. He runs at about low 10s with the motor he has in his eagle talon now, but once he gets his stoker motor back in his car Ill let you all know and we should all go out there. He runs for money so its awesome to watch him run. That way ill be able to take him home after his car breaks down haha.
