Car just came out of being shot and baked. I had whole side done since I had some blems over the years.
Looks awesome. Gonna let sit and harden a few days; I should have together and back to better than it was by the weekend.

Bought a motorcycle, though, so I'm thinking the Audi is going to get driven even less this year. I did like 4,000 miles total in 2007.
I hope this car is racing in vintage races in 40 years, lol.

I go to euro tech on RT51 in the city, I haven't had them do any preformance mods but they did one hell of a clean clutch install.

lee, looks good. make sure they are cleaning up the inside of the front fender from using the pulling tool (probably a small tack-weld and then they pull on it). Are you gonna do the 1pc USP fix or are they?

KingTurbo, bodywork is done by Roberts Auto Body in Monongahela. They do 1/4 million dollar Yenko Camaro restorations and have muscle cars shipped from all over the country, so their work is very reputable.
All body work prior to the wreck (in all my sig pics and all) and every mechanical mod is done by me. I don't trust anyone else.
Jim, you get a little training in your new job in insurance and now you're mister expert on body work, lol.... What do you mean by pulling tool? It was a whole new fender; not sure what you mean but I'll ask. Since I know them and they know what I'm like with my car, I'm sure they aren't cutting corners.
Yes, they did repair the one piece USP. That was my big must-have. They actually fixed a couple blems and minor fitment issues from my previous hack-job, too.
Overall, it is coming out better than it looked in all the pics I've posted before.

If you mean "will pass heavily modded cars", then PM me. There are quite a few of us who are modded (not just Audi, but Evos/STi's etc) who go to a place southeast of the city out 51 towards Uniontown that pretty much doesn't ask... obviously the OBD scan has to check out, as that gets sent to the state, but they don't do visuals or check for OE equipment.
Last year I just pulled in and got stickers slapped on and pulled out within like 5 minutes.

Just the entire passenger side and hood got resprayed? Or the whole car?



I'm very fortunate the only damage I walked away with is a broken S4 fog light and a $20 twin comforter full of oil (thanks to a flying cylinder head in transport). Guess my siberian husky gets a new in-car bed for our road trip this weekend

I'll see if I can find the Yenko they just got done with. Pics are on the local car site.
Sprayed were: front bumper, front fender, and doors. I had some door dings and they threw those in for me. Hood was not shot. They matched the color that perfect and blended in to rear quarter. Can't even tell.

All I could find was this COPO, but still.... I know it's not a true GM restoration if there is no orange peel texture, lol...

lee, yeah I'm rolling off some of my new education. if they put a new fender on then you can disregard my question. from what I've seen your dented fender looked repairable but sometimes its a 50/50 shot w/ fix or replace (and I'm sure you influenced that call a littlle). looks good man.
