    Projector lense question

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
anyone know if there are any specific HID projector lenses that fit into the depo headlight housing?

Im sort of not to pleased with the light output it currently produces. My friend has some hid projector lenses from acura & bmw. Would those directly swap over without drilling new holes?

Also, these depo projectors are meant to be used for Halogen bulbs?
I put my hid kit in there and it definitely doesnt look like this image below

I would assume those are halogen bulbs so would I get the same light output as the link above? If so, it'll probably be cheaper to buy some halogen's for now ?

    thanks

this is a pic i took last night. The cut off seems to low which could be why i feel my light doesnt shine as far. Could that be the reason?

Can I swap B5 s4 projectors to these depo headlights?
Would they swap over directly without modification?

Do you have an H7 HID kit or a D2S?

Hella Gen 3 Ballast fit perfectly with the 2 piece Depos. I installed my Hella ballasts into a set of Depos 5 years ago and still running strong! It also look 100% oem, no hacking or mounting ballasts in weird locations.

    Re: Projector lense question

I had a set of Hella ballasts in my accord but when the lady sideswiped me she broke both of them. Mind you I had them bolted onto the frame of the car which she bent and sent those ballasts flying down the road. I was able to salvage my fog light ballats ( phillips ) which work fine but I doubt that would effect the brightness of the bulb.

I have a set of BMW projectors but the lense is about 3' wide and I believe depos are 2.5
I guess i'll have to search for s4 OEM projectors to directly swap these out if need be.
