I believe it can go 1/4" higher than mine at the rear, and as high as you want in the front.
Euro Tire in Jersey (I don't know them) shouldn't give you that BS if they are charging you for their work
. Your coilovers are fully adjustable to the height you want. If they are not capable or not willing to do a good job than it's a different story.
About how hard it is for you to do it yourself, I would have to know what skills, will, and tools you have to tell you. Lifting the rears is not rocket science but you have to cut your provided wrench an inch and do a workaround so you won't need to disassemble the whole thing to be able to do the job. I will gladly explain it to you if you want to do it, but if I were you I would go to that shop and tell them that they should do it right.
