Sorry bud, just bustin your chops. I visited Denver maybe twice before. It is different. First time I was in Denver, second time I was in Boulder. The weather over there is carzy. I was in Boulder in middle of winter outside with jeans a a t-shirt. Then took the bus over to denver and was freezing in my leather jacket w/ a skully. Like 65 degrees in Boulder while 15 degrees in Denver.

I was born and raised in Denver and the surrounding areas. Lived in Denver, Aurora, Golden, Lakewood, Littleton, and Ft. Collins for a few years too. I moved with my fiance to small town Wyoming and I miss the city a lot. The year after I moved the Rockies made it to the World Series! I couldn't believe it! I think other than missing the "stuff" to do, what I miss most is the amount of available restaurants. In 10 minutes you could be eating authentic ethnic food from every corner of the world, a $100 steak dinner, fast food, and everything in between. Now I'm hungry.

Move there! Mile High City!

I fell in love with the entire state of Colorado while I was in college in Colorado Springs. From Boulder to FortCo to the Springs, every city there was amazing. Can't wait to move back and raise my family out there!!

I just got back from a ski trip to Aspen. I couldn't believe the money driving around out there. I saw 4 C5 S6s, maybe 40 allroads, 2 D2 S8s and these 2, less than 3 minutes and one mile apart.


There was also a new RS4 on the same block as the first one.
Crazy.

Fort Collins for the win. I used to live in Boulder and now in Fort Collins for the last few years. Both cool towns but Fort Collins has the nice laid back attitude.

Yeah, it was fun. I wish I would have gone to the club/bar sooner. I went to the Mistiq (I think thats what it is called), and there were a bunch of guido looking guys running around, and Holy Wiggers! But its all good. I did enjoy the sweet cars I saw EVERYWHERE, it made me miss Seattle, because I like seeing nice vehicles running around, instead of these redneck-ass pickup trucks with stacks in the bed.

yeah that bar is a strange place to go to . then you head downstairs to "the suite" and you'll find another interesting crowd. there are plenty of better bars in old town.

Hah no kidding. For how nice it looks the place is kind of a shit hole. However, the "blue drink" there is out of control. All liquor no messing around. Cheap and easy way to black out.

I go to school out here in Denver, I miss the massachusetts coastline, so I dont think I could permanently move here, but it is indeed a fun place, with a thriving euro car community. and yea, RS6's, RS4's, 911's, they are cars you see daily

Yeah, I went downstairs there.... and thats where it got outta control. I am definitely really considering it, seeing as if I get this job I am trying to get I will have to drive to Casper every 2 weeks from here (3 hours) or I could drive the same distance from FoCo, and I like the country there a hell of a lot more.

I did contract cable work for about 6 months before moving to WY. Every so often the company would put me up in a hotel for a week in Aspen to do jobs up there. Not only did I see the amazing cars you speak of, but I was in some amazing homes. I did an install in a house so big that it had 2 separate living wings and had to have intercoms in order to speak across the house to one another. It also had a hidden "guest" bedroom behind one of the walls! You just went to one side, pushed, and it swiveled to open right up to a huge bedroom. On top of that, I met a guy who lived in a tiny one bedroom, one bathroom apartment and was paying $1800/month! It's definitely nuts up there and full of big money.
