To release crank case pressure. I will run 2 lines for now, plug the other 2 and then later on I will have someone punch 2 more spots in my block.

Looks good Mike. What collects in your catchcan? Mine I usually get this watery/oily/foamy gook that smells like a$$ and looks rancid. My can was filling up very quickly as well. Ideas? Is this normal for a loose-built engine?

I hope my car will be done (as in fully tuned) by then. I'll have to bug Mark about tuning the car so I can bring it.

    Re: Back home

Threw the hood on last night to see how it fits and how it looks on the car. I need to get it all lined up so I can drill out the holes for the hood pins before I send all the kevlar parts out to my friend to get sprayed. Need to replace the driverside hood hinge since it is bent causing the hood to stick up just above it.

wouldn't it be a lot more beneficial if you cut off the old smaller pipe from the endtank, bored out a 2.75" hole in it, and made the entire cold side the same diameter?
    Current:
    '16 Mercedes-Benz C450 "AMG": Stage 2 w/downpipes & 19" BBS CH-R's
    '88 Harley-Davidson Sporty 880: 1200 bottom - Ported & Cam'd top - S&S In - Screamin' Eagle Out

    Previous:
    '02 Audi A4 1.8TQM: Full GT28RS on meth w/everything else.
    '01.5 Audi A4 1.8TQMS: Tune and exhaust.
'99 Subaru Legacy Outback wagon Manual: Bone stock.
I don't even want to remember the others

Cant bore out a 2.75" outlet because the end of the tank is less then 2.5". To increase that outlet it would have to be a oval hole with a pipe that is then oval on one end and round on the other. Fred might just oval out a 2.75" pipe to do this next time he has the car. I only had him do the 2.75" cold side pipe because he already had my car to make the Race Series FMIC kit and I also had him make a hot side pipe for the ER B5 Competition FMIC kit when used with a top mount turbo setup like the full-race.

Here you can see the 2.5" inlet and the end tank.

I run a VR6 throttle body. The cable goes under the manifold to the tb.
