Need some advice please

I have a 04 2.7T with tiptronic and when the car shifts gears between 2nd and 3rd I feel a little vibration and the car hesitates a little. Anybody have the same issue or know what may be causing this problem? Also, I've noticed that the Bi-Xenons looked like it was shaking really bad when I see the reflection off of another cars bumper at stop lights. I know that dealers don't like doing free work on cars but are the issues mentioned above covered under warranty? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

My lights shook as well, im waiting now to get my car back, and mines a 2004 Tip also, they said they had to change the tensioners ( which made the car vibrate up by the lights ) so i think thats what it was, take it to the garage.

yeah it shouldn't be, my lights shook for like 15K miles till i took it the garage a week ago, but i did my 75K service and they had to put a new alternator on! But it should be fine, i would take it to the garage if you can.
