ECS tuning. good or bad?

hi fellows

i just plan to buy some parts form ECS tuning. are they good? anyone has experience with them? cos, i am buying it form overseas and i am not sure about there customer service in the state. please give me some advices....

I've ordered a lot of stuff from them and never had a problem with any orders. Other people have had orders messed up pretty bad. Search in this section for over 10 threads about ECS that you might want to read before ordering.

No good. Back when they had the "Stolen Credit Info" mine was with it, along with a buddy of mine.

Never give them any information you care about. Just my 2 cents.

Ordered twice. They rushed an oil pan to me and were great, but the second (and last) time they fumbled around for 3 weeks and then raised prices on a few items. I canceled the order and went to the dealer.

ECS is great in my book, I've placed about 6 orders with them and even had stuff shipped to my ship, no problems and they answer email questions quickly as well.

EDIT: paid for 2 day shipping on monday, didnt ship out til thursday but they refunded the shipping when I called but still isnt here in time for me to use the shop so still pretty pissed, do they have like an automated message that always says "wait time 2 minutes" I got that twice haha

Yup, I'm in the same boat, except my shop billed me for canceling the appointment at the last minute. They were nice and only billed me for 2 hours labor since they knew it wasn't my fault.

I"ve ordered from them about 6 times in the past month and they've been ok to good. They forgot to include the omori boost gauge w/their boost gauge/pod package but they sent me one right away after I called them. The other time I returned some parts and they said they never received them only to have "found" them the next day and shipped me the parts I wanted to exchange them with. I will keep doing business w/them as long as they have GOOD customer service!

I would order from them again since they did handle the situation right but still if someone pays for 2 day shipping and they cant get it out for a few days they should atleast notify the customer. I ended up getting the package a week after I placed the order and the package had the 2 day shipping label.

I've placed 5 orders with ECS. Good experience each time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for audi parts.
