Operating Vag Tool

So I searched but I don't think I searched for the right thing but can anyone point me in the right direction on how to program using the vag tool? I just got mine from Adam and am looking to change a few things, one being the city light mod. Any instructions would be helpful. Thanks.

Thanks! No I got mine off of the group buy. The small travel size VAG-COM tool to run diagnostics and to program whatever that little tool can program, and those are the instuctions I was trying to find. I was just probably being stupid in my search criteria and that's why I couldn't find it.
