CAR UPDATE: Complete electrical rewiring, PART II. It's getting there...

Many hours (days) of work and we are progressing in the right direction. I hope everything works after we are done, everything we want to work that is. LOL.

From this very crowded OEM set up with loads but neatly bundled wires on the driver’s side (fuse box, relays ect)…

We went to this mess by taking apart the neatly wrapped bundles of wires…

Another view from the passenger’s side…

However we went from this in the centre console area…

To now this in the centre console area. What a clean up!

General view shows that there are basically almost no wires left out of the centre area. What’s left is mainly for the Airbag system, the roll/yaw sensor and some misc. items like the fuel pump, right rear ABS sensor and right front seat belt pre-tensioner system.

    Thanks!

Nothing really because they had seen it a couple of times already stripped out.

However the last time I was there for my last service/inspection and warranty work (a few weeks ago) and prior to buying it before the lease expired, the roll cage was in it and it was already pretty bare and I can tell you it made more than one head turn! LOL.

Sorry all the seats are sold. Soon I'll make a complete list with pictures of the parts remaining that I will need to sale.

To keep the car street legal.

Keeping the Airbags/OEM safety belts make the car street legal.

Airbags aren't that heavy really. The system adds maybe ten pounds to the car.
