    So im driving along, and the engine bogs right down while my foots still on the throttle, a second later it goes to normal, then it keeps doing this even when im sitting at a stop light it dies aswell. i have to restart it and then it idles back to normal. Anyone no what this is?

    spark plugs or a bad coil pack will be my guess.

    anytime im just driving around, constant speed. then also sometimes when i accelerate.

    just changed the maf so im going to try it now. would it be the cad converter plugged up??

    Probably a coilpack...start with the cheap and easy possibilities. Have someone measure operating voltage of the coilpacks.

    I was gonna say MAF sensor, I had the exact same problem 2 years ago. Last year i had the problem again and it turned out just to be bad plugs.
